John M. Gantt Jr.


John has vast experience with all aspects of real estate development from sales to operations, including working closely with architects, real estate attorneys and bankers and handling closings and HUD filings. John was the former Executive Vice-President and Director of Sales and Marketing from 1998—2008 for The Ginn Company and managed over 300 employees/sales executives. His area encompassed North Carolina to all points of Florida to the Bahamas. He closed over 6.5 billion in real estate sales and set a nationwide record leading a sales team to over $170 million in real estate sales in one day. John was instrumental in all design aspects of the developer product. Prior to this time, John was The Senior Vice-President and Director of Sales for Lowes Corporation in which he led development and sales of luxury resort golf community and managed the local office for the LA-based corporation, one of the largest holding companies in the United States. His introduction to real estate was in 1984 where he was the Top producer for 5 years and later become the Broker-in-Charge and managed the real estate sales for Wild Dunes Real Estate.
