Kim Adinolfi

Bio

As Executive Vice President of Armada Development, Kim manages all real estate transactions for Armada Development and serves as the Broker in Charge of Armada Realty Group.  A real estate professional for the past ten years, Kim is a licensed broker in South Carolina and a licensed agent in Florida. She is a Certified International Property Specialist and certified in Loss Mitigation, Short Sales, and IRS 1031 Real Estate Exchanges and At Home with Diversity. Her professional memberships include National Association of Realtors, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Miami Global, Asian Real Estate Association of America, and FIABCI: International Real Estate Federation.  Kim’s work history includes Land Acquisition Manager for a Southeastern real estate development company where she was responsible for evaluating available properties for inclusion in their development portfolio and overseeing the due diligence for all projects. Specializing in land acquisition, she also represents clients in leasing, acquisition, and/or disposition of residential and commercial properties, often drawing on her previous experience as a legal assistant in the areas of corporate, probate, and real estate law in addition to several years in the banking industry. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, she has developed close professional relationships with local government, professional, and business leaders.
